How it works...
Household/Garage/Storage Unit/Barn Liquidation Sale
- We will schedule an appointment to meet with you. You take us on a tour of your estate and show us what you wish to sell. We then get to work immediately. Schedule weekend for Estate sale, We dust or damp clean up, price out each item and display items for sale.
- Advertise and list miscellanous items in our online country store to entice buyers, send out a newsletter to opt-in list of event and items for sale. List on multiple third party websites and place signs on day of Estate Sale.
- Depending on space, only specific amounts of people are let in to the estate sale to ensure the saftey of items. We have a policy of "You Break It You Buy It".
- Commission - 30% before fees. Online Consignments 25% before fees. Ebay Store Listings Fees paid upfront per item and 25% before final sale and transaction fees.
Household/Garage/Storage Unit/Barn Clear Outs
If an estate sale isn't your cup of tea, we are happy to assist you by contacting buyers to make offers directly and clean out the rest of the contents for you.
- We will schedule an appointment to meet with you. You tell us what you wish to sell. We will price check on the items for you so you know what a fair price is. We will than list your items onlne to sell on your behalf. We will set times to meet the buyers to sell for you. Depending on how fast you wish to sell, we have different solutions for time tables.
- Commission: 30% before fees.
- Labor & fee: depends on volume of left over items that will need to be hauled away to good will or other locations.
Household/Garage/Storage Units/Barn Clean Outs
If you have a house, Garage, Storage Units, Barn etc that needs to be emptied, and is filled with items with resale value, and/or items that don’t have resale potential, we can also provide a complete clean-out service so you can prepare the property for cleaning purposes, remodels, rentals or sale. This is a fee-based service and we will do a free estimate in order to give you a quote.
Among the services we can provide:
- Emptying every room from attic to basement, plus the garage, storage sheds, porches, etc.
- General Contractor and Landscaping Services
- Debris removal, including foodstuffs, accumulated papers, wood & building materials, etc.*Scheduling the arrival and removal of a dumpster if necessary.
- Appliance removal
- Vacuuming all carpets, sweeping all floors (leaving the house in “broom-clean” condition)
- Carpet pull-up and disposal
- Kitchen and bathroom cleaning
- Wiping down floors and walls
*We cannot remove hazardous materials or chemicals; your local public works department can advise you on the method of disposing of them in your community.
