All computer/eBay training is completed on Saturday & Sunday by appointment only at your location.

On-going management of ebay stores, requires me to have access to products to answer questions for potential buyers and to ship to customer after purchase. Pick up of items is usually between 9am-6pm Mon-Sun.

All repair pick ups must be scheduled for pick up before 8:30am the following morning. Delivery of the item depends on what needs to be done on it. If no special parts need to be ordered, then there is a 24/48 hour turn around time. If it is software related in most cases, I will not need to take the system to the repair center. There is a charge of $45 at pick up. Please provide a check at that time made out to The Web Zone.
